‘Twas the Write Before Christmas {2011 Day 6}

Welcome to Day Five of ‘Twas the Write Before Christmas!
Photobucket

We’re almost done with the prompts!

We have been so delighted in the varied responses to all of them. If you haven’t linked up yet please remember that the linky will stay open until December 31st so feel free to go back whenever you have time!

If you’re just joining us today, feel free to jump right in or take a gander at the previous prompts. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
We know you’re busy. We know the holidays might feel crammed full of things to be done. We know — because that’s how our lives are, too. And if you’re anything like us, you might be wishing for a small respite, right about now.

Something that’s just for you.

Let today be the day you stop and create something! Share your story — give your gifts — in the form of ANYTHING! Do you associate a certain memory with today’s prompt? Are you moved to write a poem or story? Does the prompt encourage you to draw or paint? Are you itching to bake something or photograph something or craft something? Let the prompt lead you where it will.

We’re each looking forward to reading and sharing in the magic of your season!

Day Five Prompt:

In the still of the night

We can’t wait to see where this takes you.

But before you go, a few reminders:

If you’re tweeting with us, we’re using the hashtag #BPBWrites.

Creative journeys are best when taken with friends and fed ample support. Stories in the form of writing, pictures, collages, art, etc. are gifts to be shared! So share your stories and your encouragement with others who are linking up. {Though, I think we’ve all made some new friends!}
