There are few words to express our gratitude.
We appreciate so very much each and every donation that was generously given to the Help4Joplin Relief Auction. We are so grateful for each and every bid, even if it wasn’t the winning one. We are so thankful for each and every one of you that visited, tweeted, and shared the link.
A preliminary calculation has shown that the auction raised more than $1600! We know that each and every dollar raised will be put to the good use of helping families in Joplin recover from the devastation of the May 22, 2011 tornado.
Additionally, the generosity of the businesses inspired more generosity among auction patrons. And the way each business, each donor sprung to action inspired many more to take action. Other relief fundraising efforts have begun emerging, and we know that our small but heartfelt and mighty effort will be magnified by other efforts.
Each highest bidders has been notified via email, and each highest bidder has until June 1 to email Bigger Picture Blogs his/her donation receipt. This is how participants will claim their auction prizes.
